These sessions are for when life feels full, shifting, or overwhelming—when the inner voice won’t quiet, and patterns keep repeating despite your best intentions.
We spend four to five months together- reshaping your inner realms.
Together, we move through The Untethered Soul, one to two chapters at a time. This is more than reading—it’s a guided journey where the insights of the book become living, embodied shifts in how you think, feel, and respond to life.
Many of my clients have said this book changed the way they think—
and through that, the way they experience life. With my guidance, we don’t just understand the ideas; we integrate them through reflection, nervous system attunement, and practical exercises drawn from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
The result is clarity, calmness, and a new way of moving through
your inner and outer world.
You’ll have space to unpack what’s happening in your life without pressure to explain or justify anything. You'll leave each session with things reframed, embodied understanding, and invitations for integration that continue between sessions.
This is a place to exhale, reflect, and meet yourself fully.
